1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This role involves working approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. The selected candidate will perform various warehouse duties, including receiving and relocating stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, assisting in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, and operate powered industrial equipment.
