1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, starting wage up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, warehouse inventory counts, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes. This role requires the ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work effectively in varying temperatures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks.
