Job Description

We are looking for dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders and maintaining warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
