1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift differentials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines and report any issues.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare products for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
