1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
