1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, participating in warehouse inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires physical agility to lift and move products, operate powered industrial equipment, and collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lifts up to 45 pounds and moves merchandise
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment
