1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to optimize warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
