1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock selection, proper handling of merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers and provide input to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
