Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling store orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
