1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Execute tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
