1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
