Job Description

We are looking for 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join the team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse crew, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for efficient processing.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements to management.
• Check product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
