1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. As a Full-Time employee, you'll work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to meet store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work efficiently in varying temperatures.
