Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. This position offers part-time hours with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of up to 45 pounds.
• Continuous movement in varying temperature environments.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
