1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $19.00-$23.00 per hour and requires 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and ensure product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older and demonstrate competencies in conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include lifting and placing products weighing up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
