1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
