1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This role offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and productivity. In addition, you will adhere to company policies and safety guidelines, driving success through your performance and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment
