1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The starting wage ranges from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule. As a package handler, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, unloading, cleaning, and inventorying merchandise in the warehouse. In addition, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, ensuring product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, collaborates effectively, maintains a positive attitude, drives for success, organizes with efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, walk, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
