1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi to join our dynamic team. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. The role involves efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and interacting effectively with peers and warehouse leadership. Additionally, the position requires collaborating with the team, demonstrating positive attitude, and driving for success within the ALDI Acts competencies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, product integrity, and safety.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Delivers excellent performance and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequently move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
