Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and follow company standards.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Works well in varying temperatures and environments.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
