1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a full-time position, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the schedule differential pay.

Currently hiring for:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment strategically.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Act independently within delegated responsibilities and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
