1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and information exchange.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
