1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring products are efficiently managed and prepared for delivery to our stores. Our ideal candidate is someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
