1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
