1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties, participate in warehouse inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes, inspect product quality, and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely, follow ergonomic procedures, and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize effectively, interpret company policies, communicate well, and work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
