1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi with competitive starting wages ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. As part of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and management. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as needed according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the warehouse team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and address any safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
