1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management.
• Provide input on process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines operating warehouse equipment.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
