Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker! Our warehouse teams play a vital role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, catering to our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock promptly to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide insights to enhance warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, handle various warehouse tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
