Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a rapidly growing company. As a vital part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring proper shipment preparation. The role involves collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to maintain operational excellence and meet established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to perform tasks with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
