1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers have access to high-quality items. This is a part-time position with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week. Our dedicated team members work in varied environments and are provided with comprehensive training and safety programs to support their success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Interact effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
