1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling and organizing merchandise in the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise as per warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
