1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team on a full-time basis. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines for storage and shipment preparation.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and shift schedules.
