Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards through general cleaning and safety practices.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and support budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any product quality or safety issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and carrying.
