1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warehouse operates with the commitment of hardworking individuals in ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Dedication to driving success and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate in various temperatures and environments.
• Properly handle merchandise for deliveries.
• Perform duties safely and efficiently.
