1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a part-time warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. The position offers competitive pay starting at $23.75 per hour, along with the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with excellent benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership effectively.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
