1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse employees work less than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety programs ensure that our associates have the skills necessary for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements and product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting, moving, bending, and working in varying temperatures.
