Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a part-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality items. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines for optimal warehouse organization.
• Load and unload merchandise, preparing it strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaborative spirit, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, operate equipment, and work in various temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
