1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $22.75 per hour with 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively.
• Positive attitude and resilience in facing challenges.
• Drive for success and efficiency in task execution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Physically able to lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
