1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered accurately.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, resilient, success-oriented, and efficient.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
