1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker with an average of 30-35 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to start at a competitive wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise, ensuring strategic sorting and loading practices.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and perform tasks accurately within company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaborative competencies.
• Exhibit positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently execute tasks, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Perform physical tasks in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
