1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi. This position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The working schedule varies between different options - from working weekends to a rotating three to four-week schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving and sorting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and communicating effectively with team members and leadership. You must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate with the team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
