Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration with the team.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize and execute tasks efficiently.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
