1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and organization of merchandise within the warehouse. From receiving incoming stock to preparing products for store deliveries, your contributions will be vital to our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and assist in budget goal achievement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
