1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week, offering competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, your responsibilities include receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
