1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Currently hiring for:

• Schedule D
• Schedule A2
• Schedule B

Schedules:

Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
Schedule B: Every other weekend working Saturday and Sunday with rotating weekdays off.
Schedule C: Every other weekend working both Saturday and Sunday with rotating weekdays off on a four-week schedule.
Schedule D: Monday-Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality standards.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
