1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. The position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise within the warehouse. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining warehouse cleanliness, inventory counts, and product quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry items.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
