1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock to fulfill store orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and complying with safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
