1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. This full-time position offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
