1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with an opportunity to earn up to $22.75 per hour based on shift differentials. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently receive, relocate, sort, load, and unload merchandise in the warehouse. You will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Execute tasks accurately and within company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail skills.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team.
