Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and preparing merchandise for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical agility, and a commitment to maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and stock incoming merchandise.
• Move and organize products within the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
